Erasmus sustainability project- HAK goes to BRNO
The 2BK, 3BK and 3CK classes, accompanied by Prof. Moser and Prof. Mühllechner, traveled to Brno for an Erasmus group mobility. During the trip, they collaborated with students from Biskupské gymnázium (BIGI) in Brno, where they made new connections and friendships. Each morning students gathered at BIGI to participate in workshops, learning about the city’s culture and environment. After lunch, the group took part in a variety of activities: including visits to the Dukovany nuclear power plant, a film set of water tanks and planetarium. They also explored Brno through a scavenger hunt organized by the students.
One of the highlights of the trip was a fashion show at BIGI, showing the outfits they got at a clothes-swapping party. The Czech Republic and especially Brno shares many similarities with Austria, as the two countries were once part of the same empire and several words are similar in both languages.
Overall, the Erasmus trip was an exciting and enriching experience, filled with a lot of new friendships. We are already looking forward to welcoming the students from BIGI to Salzburg in May.
